I believe…

The body holds the imprint to our seen (and unseen) scars.

The state of our bodies is an expression of the relationship between our emotions, lived experience, and beliefs.

Memory lives in our flesh–in our bodies, our nervous systems, our muscles, and our tissues.

Attuned, state-to-state connection can help our nervous systems relax and recalibrate.

Moving out of chronic upregulation means moving out of chronic inflammation.

The release of physical and emotional blockages supports our evolution and the overall state of health and well-being.

Healing is participatory–a practitioner can’t “heal” you without your participation.

Healing is experienced, not just talked about.
